    I have shopped all over Fort Worth for a safe, affordable, storage facility and once I went to Camp Bowie I was pleasantly suprised. Very clean facility, nice staff and they gave me a discount on a truck when I rented. I will recommend to my friends.

    I am not rating the storage itself but it's personnel. Since there voice mail is always on, three times I left messages asking someone to return my call concerning prices. That was last month and to date no one has bother to call. I consider this extremely poor customer service and by their actions lost a customer.

    Great Professional Experience: I shopped around a couple places before deciding where to store my one bedroom apartment. The front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable, unlike the other places I went to, and the indoor facility looked fantastic. As a single woman, I felt very safe in the building. They have sooo many sizes, I didn't feel pressured to get a size I didn't need. I only need the space for a couple months and they don't make you commit to anything long term. In the end, Camp Bowie blew the other storage places away.
